Bensons Property Group is widely known for the original art it commissions for each development, and has retained well-known artist Mark Schaller to develop works for permanent display at CENTVM.

Mark is a founding member of the Roar Studios collective. An established Melbourne-based artist, he is a firm believer that great art isn’t based on preconceived notions. His edgy approach has attracted a large loyal following and placed him at the leading edge of the modern Australian art movement.

Mark has been commissioned by Bensons Property Group to develop four artworks to be permanently exhibited at CENTVM. Each work of art is individual and reflects the diversity of the neighbourhood and CENTVM’s contemporary approach to living.

A sculpture will become the centrepiece of the private courtyard while a mosaic will proclaim the uniqueness of this development from the front façade. Mark’s work celebrates diversity and is based on original creative thinking. This collaboration further enforces Bensons’ core belief that by enriching life with art and continuously pushing the boundaries, we can continue to be ‘creatively different’.
